Aldo Brincat loves nurturing and developing young
performance-focused talent. His annual youth project for
senior school students has been an enormous success.
Students are auditioned and once accepted they are offered a professional work experience that lasts for close to three months. During this time a unique script is conceived and scripted.   
 

TELEVISION & FILM
Aldo loves the medium of Television and Film. His experience has landed him four television commercials, three films and one documentary. TV AD Clients include Colgate Toothpaste. Game Discount Stores. BMW. Standard Bank. And The Holiday Club (filmed in Bazaruto).
Aldo also appeared in three small but significant independent international films

Uwaati (20 -25 lines.)
Tarzan ( 10 -15 lines.)
Captain Cook's Discovery of the Australias ( 10 -15 lines.)

DOCUMENTARIES
The documentary Aldo appeared in was entitled, The Origins of Man, (BBC). A series researching the forensic history of "Lucy", a fictional character composed from the remains of the earliest primate skeleton ever found. Filmed in St Lucia.

THEATRICAL PRODUCTIONS
When Aldo embarked on a professional theatre career, he starred in many classics. Among them, work ranging from Shakespeare (Richard III , Hamlet ) to Feydeau (A Flea in Her Ear). Invaluable experience in contemporary classics also served him well. Rozencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead, The Normal Heart and Royal Hunt of the Sun.
Since Aldo's return to South Africa in 1992, his solo career has stunned the theatre community with its originality and scope.

King Kong won two awards for Aldo's Director, Peter Court. And his co-actor Michael Gritten.

Aldo had the honour of being selected to lead a senior school tour of 80 of South Africa's top drama students to England and onto the Edinburgh Festival in 1995
